Hi again I want to ask again how much worth this domains name in $ Galaxyis.com nokia2.net please answer me if you know in this things thank you
It isn't worth the trademark problems you'd have using them. I hope you're looking to buy and not sell Galaxyis.com, because that can be developed into somehting good
I want to sell but i think there is no problem with TM if you want to open shop and sell prodects that make them happy and about galaxyis.com can you tell me how much it worth bec i want to sell it
Don't take my word for it, but I've seen similar domains sell $30-$100. Hope that's what you were expecting And remember, developing a site instead of just selling the domain will at least triple the price you can ask for. If you are getting traffic on the site too, 5-10 times.
Here's a few case histories for you.In Australia I own internet domain the http://www.snakeman.com.au and our business is snakes and reptiles of course. I own no other Australian domains like it, such as nets, orgs and the like. Recently another reptile handler registered a similar domain thinking he was on a good wicket. We closed the site down.Reason, we own the trademark and have had it for years. It was that simple.Yes, you are free to register domains using or like trademark names, but you must not infringe the trademarks in any way, even by way fo dilution (look it up elsewhere). For would be squatters, my advice is steer clear, as if a trademark owner wants to sue you for damages, you will likely be hurt. All the best
Its not worth the risk. Even simple enough domain can be sued for trademark. I had to ensure that there was no trademark violation for my site. I got burnt on my last site about citydeals Good luck.
