    No traffic, no exact match of keywords searched, i don't think these two can be sold for more than reg fee.
    Of course, i may be wrong.

    Yes, but you have to distinguish two things:
    1/ value of domain (= type-in traffic or exact match or brandability)
    2/ value of website/project running on that domain

    I valued only the domain, not the website project. The project has definitelly non-zero (and quite high value). But since you're in domain appraisal, I answered only the domain value itself.
