How much worth a PR 8 domain name?

Hi everyone,

I would like to know how much worth a PR 8 Domains name( i mean complete web site ). I never had purchased any domain names such high PR. Can you guys give some suggestions.Also please if you think i should know something before buying such hi PR domain.

If you intend to buy a complete website ( Your title said domain, but you've said complete website inside), you'd have to fork out $xxx,xxx at the bare minimum.

Obviously the price depends on revenue, the standing of the site in its niche and other factors, but $xxx,xxx is a ball park figure you could start out with.

 

PR8 need at least $50k to own it.
And i don't think anyone will sell it coz they can earn more than that in long run.
When buying PRed domain make sure you do extensive due diligent to avoid buying fake PRed domain.

 

Yeah with a PR8 you could do some serious SEM marketing with a blog.

 

If it is a PR8 domain more than likely it is well known. I would really check up on this one and if you are going to spend that type of money on a domain (PR 8 will be 6-7 figures) then you should get an attorney and also hire someone who is good with domains and the internet to help consult as well. More then likely in this situation it is someone faking domain PR to drop off a domain quickly for a good price.

 

It will be difficult to find a PR8 domain for sale, most people can make more from the traffic than they could selling it...

Put it this way Wikipedia is a PR9 and it ranks high for anything in Google, imagen the marketing power that would give you. I think a true PR8 could even go into the millions.

 

Well, Depinds what site is about. But most of the PR8 sites are very good. So I think that at least 200.000 $ is the value.

 

PR8 would be ridiculous money. You would be just 2 PageRank points from Google! But it would be important to keep link building - you'd have to be sure not to lose the PR. But it would be at least $100,000
