    Depends, give us some more info:

    traffic: unique visitors, total visitors
    revenue: monthly average, sources (who are your affiliates?)
    domain details: age of domain, when does it expire, who's the registrar, what's the page rank, what's the alexa rank?
    incoming links: any dir.yahoo.com, dmoz.org, .edu, .gov. .travel links pointed at the site?
    content: are the articles unique? were they written by you? is the design a template or unique?

    how will the links be, sitewide or only on one page?
    how often is the site's content updated?

    and then finish off with a general description of the site itself, in which you include topics, content, issues, and all the other stuff you may add to your site.

    I hope that helped and now people will recieve nicer information pms.

    If you dont know how to get this info, go to your cpanel, or webhost's stats, and find something like awstats, if you dont have it, I reccomend you add the onestat.com code to your site, they have very accurate real time statistics.
