The overture database shows that the word has not been searched for. Why would you want to rank for a keyword which has very few searches? And spend $ for getting top spot for a keyword which will bring you little, if any traffic.

No, what I mean for the highest possible amount is the amount good for your skills, if he/she is convinced, negotiate for the highest amount he can give you. Do not charge too much.

 

I think it depends on your niche and how well it converts. sure no one may search for "kitsch birdhouses" but for someone who owns www.kitsch-birdhouses.com it would convert very well.
