Articledashboard.com is a free script so you can have your own article site. How much would it be for someone to install it and do whatever is required to get the article directory up and running?
I doubt anyone other than you is going to take the time with category creation. Most installers will install a script, create the database and import whatever sql file you may have for a set price. I charge $10 for a cPanel server install and there will be others here who will do it for a few dollars. The rest of the setup is all done by the admin as is getting or creating a custom logo etc. I suspect you are smart enough to do it all yourself with a little help. I don't recall if that particular script has an installer program or not. Ask any free help questions here and PM me if you want a paid install. Whether using me or someone else always change your cPanel login info before sharing it with others and then change it again when they are done. Also make sure no extra ftp users have been added.
I can create categories myself, I just need it installed on hosting/domain however that works and to be up and running.
