I have a simple site that has about ten pages and I've done all the content. I just need them to choose a template layout the content and make a logo. How much can I expect to pay for that?
If it's a basic logo, I wouldn't expect you should pay more than a couple hundred dollars for that type of work.
Depends...not only on the logo, but on the design. In other words, you said "I just need them to choose a template" so I'm not clear if you want to use a template off something like TemplateMonster or if you want a custom design. For a custom design and logo NOT based off of a template, you could pay anywhere from $200 to $500 for the work depending on the company. And price doesn't always equate to quality (or lack of quality). I have seen companies with terrible design selling expensive static websites. (Not sure how they manage to get customers...but they do!)
You can always ask for a quotation from a few more web designers, maybe that could give you a price variation of what to expect and what you might consider reasonable or otherwise.
for a decent job, i would pay about $250 if it's all html, no flash, simple logo, and you provide all content.

U should start ur thread there and max price for html template and logo should 10$ (simple with table theme) but tabless theme will cost u more. I got a pretty decent designer to make me a website layout + logo for $150. Uncoded layout of course. For coded it'd depend on what you need the layout to do. Also I know I got that design for cheap because I knew the person who did it, so you'd probably have to pay more to get the same quality of work that I did.

You can get a good "template" for free or at a cheap price and do it yourself, then all you would need is the logo designed. As far as everything designed, it depends on the size of the site, the coding language, usability, and optimization if need be. It makes it hard to answer.
