How much will it cost to programme my site?

    Hi, i have a site about ebooks, and i do everything in dreamweaver and i want some to programme it so that i can have a members area, so that i can upload ebooks from the site it self and also want to have a pay members area and few more things how much would that cost? can any one give me a quote?
