It takes time sir.. Go on promoting your site in social bookmarks and blog comments. This will help you.
dont rush for the Page Rank its my advice because it is totally depend on the Google & it counts 200 factors to compute the PR. From the last 9 months Google doesn't update any major PR change of webpages.
It takes about 3 to 6 months thats my experience but focus more on back links that counts, try to improve SERP rather than PR.
It's not easy to get PR1 or PR2 flyn, you have to do proper onpage optimization first, then need to create a bunch of quality backlink. 3 months not much time to rank well at search engine. Give your blog some quality backlink juice everyday.
in my experience it took me 3 moths to make a pr 0 to pr 3 but that 3 moths will require you to work hard in obtaining quality backlinks as well as optimizing your web pages properly
don't bother about your PR, bother about your SEO so you can get traffic high PR sites not always get much traffic if you still want to increase PR just get links, many links..and dofollow of course
