    It is not adult but more on things you use at home, and traffic is US

    i choose webpage price in very simple method. one month income x 3. for example: if my page one month income is 50$, than 50*3=150$.

    It depends on how much income the site generates. It is usually 12-15 x the income received each month.

    Website appraisal is not based upon how many visitors the site receives, although, it is a factor. More importantly is how much revenue the website brings in, how old it is, what the PR of the website is, and the ever so common Domain Authority.
