How much will a alexa top 100K site sell for ?

    How much do you think will a site with the following stats sell for:

    Alexa : in the top 100K
    Pageviews per month: 200K

    Revenue: $400 - $1000 per month

    Are we talking the site or just the domain?

    How many pages, age, etc are needed to really be able to tell. Alexa tends to be UK focussed so that impacts too.

    You should be expecting low $xx,xxx for it, because of the revenue. But my advice is not to sell a site like that for easy money, you are still earning a lot
