I maintain my weight by eating healthy and training hard. Only time I have to 'reduce' my weight is when I'm preparing for a fight
~ Have lost 60 lb - harder than losing it is not putting it back on. Whatever anyone says it is just a matter of not eating and working out seems to help but not a whole lot.
i eat what i want just eat less amounts like have one hamburger instead of two. then i exercise 3 miles walk every day usually takes me about 35 minutes a day. and try to stay under 2000 calories a day. Big thing though switched to diet pop love that coke zero and diet dew. I was 6'4" and 400ibs now i'm 280 goal is 200. but the main thing its staying off been over a year. I think people do it the wrong way and loose too much too quick then go back to thier old ways. but hey thats just me.
To lose weight is simple use smaller plates and avoid fast and processed food. Exercise is a greatr calorie burner nad can generally be use to help maintain your weight
I need to gain more weight tbh... Although I gained like 10 kgs in last few months but still BMI Calculator says I'm Underweight ... Counting ur daily calorie intake is important if u wanna be fit and maintain ur weight
I'm into weight gaining. Before 7 moths i took a promise to increase my weight frmo 49 to 65 in 4 months now my weight is 56. Now a days im not getting adequate time to go to gym.
True story: My weight balloned out to 30 kgs over the recommended weight for my height and age It was terrible, i was unhappy, unfit and found it hard to find clothes at shops that fitted as i was like size XXXL almost 3 years on from that point now and have lost about 22 kgs and only eight kg over recommended weight, clothing size is XL. And no i have no stretched saggy skin like really obese people who lose lots of weight quickly like on TV as i lost it slowly and gradually Now i have lots more energy and active lifestyle, watching what i eat and exercise lots to maintain my weight. I used no diets, pills, just joined a local gym and meet regularly with a physical trainer which was included in the price of my gym membership. So i work out 3 times a week for at least 2 hours plus a few more sessions at home or local park. Its was and still is very hard work as i push myself hard to keep building my fitness and strength- the result is very rewarding to lose that weight and keep it off long term. It takes 110% committment, discipline, knowledge and hard work with different plans working for different people. Its also better to stop weight gain early and do something about it when you are like 5-10kgs overweight and not let it develop in a bigger problem as its so much harder.
I am not on a diet, and I think as long as I keep the present figure, it is great enough! Besides, i think I have a very healthy lifestyle!
How heavy are you? If you don't get more exercise, you'll get fat.Well, I have been taking exercises to lose weight from day to day.
