how much water you drink in a day

    During my 10 hours of work yesterday in 30C heat me and my friend drunk a box of botteled water. That around 12L each. Normally i drink the second i feel thursty. Never really counted though.

    2-3 liters of water/juice ... had a period where i drank only juice/tea for months .. no water :p

    I've a friend who a coke addict, if she doesn't have her daily dose of coke she's not happy, got to tell her to read your post.

    For me I drink 1-2 litres of water per day + lots of tea (I don't really like fizzy drinks and I hate coffee)

    I drink about 3-4 gallons a day. And i never have to go to the bathroom because i do alot of sports and i sweat it all of.

    These days I don't drink too much, just about 3-4 glasses a day ...when I feel bored and sad I don't drink a lot or eat a lot .. like yesterday : 2 breads with sheez ...may be 2 glasses or 3 of water ...
