I always forget to drink water , so i only drrink about 1 liters . i know drinking more water is good to the body .
i have a heart burn so I am always required to drink for at least 8-10 bottles a day, I think for whole day I have spent 2-3 liters and that is good enough to maintain my inner body cleanliness and more active.
i take no water but i drink about 2 liters a day to be healthy i just fill a empty soda 2 liter, i used to never drink water but it really does filter your body and make your skin healthier if your not drinking water you should.
Water is very important to the body and the digestive system, I takes up to 4 liters of water on a daily base. If it is mix with juice, I can take up to 6 liters.
when i was young, i used to drink plenty of water (around 1-2 liters).. i dont know now that I sometimes to drink it.. on the average 1-2 glasses only (purely water) and some other liquids.. so bad.. i should change it.
I drink alot of water while at work. Probaby 5 to 6 8 ounce glasses a day. On weekends, I am not as diligent. I love water though. I drink very little soda
