I agree with @timsdd, Water is very good for our body and health. Get used to drinking water needs of our body to avoid dehydration. I used to spend 2 liters in a day. If less than that, I feel thirsty
you know water makes up 60 percent of our body’s weight so it is much needed for our organs to work properly. As we are constantly losing water through sweat, urine, and even our breath, drinking enough water is crucial. so 8 glass is just a minimum . try to drink as much water as you can.
