I know drinking sufficient amount of water keeps our health good. But still I drink about 6-7 glass of water every day and take 2-3 cup of tea.
Daily we lose water through our breath, perspiration and urine. So we have do fulfill this lose because each part of our body needs water to function properly. We need to drink 3 liters of water per day.
