How much visitors needed AT LEAST!

I'm starting to feel comfortable at Digital Point, glad i'm here.

I am currently working on my website www.webmasterspalace.com and I was wondering, how many visitors would such a site need, to make at least 1k per month on adsense?

I'm really interested in this, as I need to set goals, without goals, my sites are not improving!

My advice would be to target 1000 visitors daily.

On my sites I am getting around 7000 visitors with 5K+ Adsense monthly. But, your site's theme seems more profitable than me, so I guess targetting 1000 visitors daily would be a nice idea.

(BTW, I am not seeing any adsense over there.)

Having said this, A LOT depends upon the Adsense placement on your site. ( I would imagine a very less CTR of your "Ads by TargetFirst" right at the top.)

Thank you very much. I am looking at a top of 50 uniques a day, but it's increasing bit by bit. ( should I remove targetfirst and place adsense? It's hard for me, because I need money in paypal, because almost everything I get in, I want to spend on the website again, in marketing, etc )

 

You can do 1000k monthly on less than 1000 visitors. I´m doing roughly that on roughly half of that, if you see what I mean.

I made some tables..
If you site is a forum, then I guess the CTR is lowish, and your ads are not worth that much, so I would guess around 800,000 impressions to make $1k, maybe as little as 400,000 depends on how many return visitors you get, your CTR and your CPM

 

your making $1000 with 1000 visitors? Are they donating a $1 each? even if you mean 1000 a day, thats $1000 / 30000visitors = $0.03 per visitor. Not going to happen.

 

you are not telling me that with 1000 visitors per month, I could earn $1.000.000 a month. I think I am misreading your post here, please explain! or rephrase!

That is, according to him:

Half of 1000 visitors daily = 1K adsense monthly

 

This is what I was talking about. Daily visitors, about 500-600 and you can break the 1000K.

Klaas... you know YOUR ctr, and if you take a days earnings and divide by clicks you have the average click... so you can work out how many visitors you need to get $1000 a month.. do the math

I am saying that is what my guess would be, but you can work it out using what data you have already.. you could even get a rough idea.. say you made $100 this month, well $100 x 10 is the $1000 you want.. so times your months impressions by 10 and there is your answer

And impressions are hits, not unique visitors

And I have no idea about affiliate sales, this is not the forum for that

hmm, well I would aim for 5,000,000,000,000 visitors then, any goal you set is only going to limit your efforts Once you have a week of data you can work out what you would need, but as my sig says... you should not settle when you get your goal... always aim higher and never get complacent with your earnings.

 

sure am, but I like to work from achieving 1 goal to another, if you set a to high goal at the start, you will never be able to say I reached my goal, while if you set low goals you can always say, I reached most of my goals wow that's quite some nice text written by me!
