Impossible to answer, as your CPC will depend on a number of variables. Expect to be asked for anything from $0.01 to $10.00 per click as your minimum bid.
To promote totally new site I would recommend content networks - it will be cheap and you'll get much more clicks for estimated budget. It's more important to set the Adwords daily report which will show you the sites where your add was shown and how many clicks you got. You can filter all the "empty" sites out in order to increse you overall CTR
i use content network and pay $.01-.05 per clicks and get tageted US, UK visitors with low bounce rate,,,, depending on the keywords and the niche market and ads,,,
