How much traffic you get from google per day? For example: if you successful SEO the keyword "freebies" in google page 1 or page 2. What you can estimate your traffic perday?
the amount of traffic a #1 in the SERPs gets depends on many things. You can use the Overture keyword tool to get an idea of the number of searches on a particular keyword, but that's just an IDEA .. I get about 70% of my traffic from Google.. per day this equals about 8,000 uniques.. my website ranks from #1 all the way to #500000 for many keywords.
Use a tool like this to find an estimate of search per month http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/ Like for "freebies" its 38,205 in Jan2007 Most of the surfers don't go beyond the 1st page of Google result
Actually, relying on Google for such a large percentage of your traffic may not be a good thing. I always say, don't put all your eggs in one basket .
i get about 53% of my traffic from google. Im ranked #1 for the keywords "saw 4 trailer" and "saw 4 preview" Also in the top ten for about 10 other keywords.
My system works a bit differently, I have several keywords if you look at searchit1.com which create a new page to be indexed every time a keyword is searched, making the site expand everyday My stats are a the bottom of the site stated above. If you would like to know the top paying keywords, I would be happy to divulge this information but fear it does not relate to the thread.
What woulf you consider a high search volume? I am looking up keyword searches to help me determine what market I shoudl get into
I only get about 21% from google, the rest is from Direct address / Bookmarks which is much better than getting 98% from google imo. And it does not mean we rank bad for keywords
I got visitors from a link on my other page, that page gets hits from thepiratebay. Actually i got 1 person from google today, woho
I have a question when you are talking about traffic. How can you find out where your traffic is comming from? Thanks, ameran
I only get 2/300 a day, I have a lot of first page results, but my keywords have relatively low search volume. On the other hand one job I get through it could be worth anywhere from a couple of hundred uk pounds to a few thousand. I use statcounter.com the free version.
