How much traffic to earn about $100 a day?

Hi all, I have a website about movies. Users can search and download movie links for free. Currently, PR is 3, and traffic is about 1k visitors/day. How much traffic do I need to earn about $100 per day with sites like adBrite, Bidvertiser, etc?

1k for that niche is not much i guess to earn serios money 30k/day or more
PR has no importance in this Earning or traffic ...

Depending on visitors behaviors and other factors but I think you need 7k or more to get $100 a day. You should start a special section for anyone who want to subscribes and get the best quality and newest movie you can offer.

 

It also depends on how persuasive your site is. It's not all about traffic.

maybe i did something completely wrong or not.. but i used to own a watch tvshow/movie website and the most i ever made was about $50 per day with 15k visits per day. This just from ads but if you add an affiliate link you might make another $20 per day.

I would say even 30k uv's a day isn't enough to get you 100$ a day, with the watch movies niche you'd probably need more around 75k uv's a day if you're using bidvertiser / adbrite. I'd recommend pushing cpa offers, it's really the only way to properly monetize watch movie sites.

 

I had a similar site once, only it was filled with soundtracks from movies. I got around 6000 unique visitors per month (200 per day) and made 3-5 dollars per day, usually, $10 on a good day . Not much, but enough to pay for hosting and have some pocket change. Scaling that I think you'll need at least about 30,000 unique visitors per month (1000 per day) to get $100 per day from AdSense...

 

although adsense will disable your account / ban the site if it's a movie website

that earning seems too high for my site. Moreover, as belgin fish mentioned, my site cannot use adsense because of its rule. Your earning was great, why didn't you develop the site further?

 

Actually it depends on your niche, generally, maybe you can get $30/day

 

Why don't you sell something that's worth $99, then in theory you only need 50 unique visitors a day at a 2% conversion rate to achieve that.

How much do you earn already from 1k visitors/day? The CTR should be pretty high for the movie niche, do the math and figure out how much traffic you would need for $100 a day.
