How much traffic is enough?

As many as posible and i will be very satisfied let's say 10 milions

 

I think at any given time one should work for getting more traffic, though one should not loose sleep over not succeeding.

 

I'm about quality over quantity, if I only had 30 views but 1/2 of them decided to hire me (from viewing my portfolio) I would be happy with that. I think it depends on what type of advertising you're doing as well.. of course pay per impression, you're going to want the most impressions as possible

 

Well basically:-

I'd be happy with anything over 10k/day. However i would like to also have more traffic then the previous day

 

Around 5000 views would be enough for me at the moment. When I reach that, then 10000

 

waouh, I'm pretty surprised some guys have enough with 100-500 !

 

I'm very happy with any day that has over 7000 pageviews - for the moment. I'm also, given the rhythm of my niche, very happy if my pageviews stay about constant over the summer - that means I can expect them to rise about 20% next December.

 

i agree with most as when you reach a number that you had in mind you will try and better........ lol

 

There's no such thing as too much traffic

Just voted over 10k. Sky is the limit guys why stop if you can do more. Let's say you have a goal ov 2k uniques per day. If you achive it you will think for sure that you can do more and you will do more... it's as thinking about money... when you earn 1000k a month you wish you could do 10k, but when you achive 10k you want more and more... it's called human greed. Believe me it's in us all!

 

I launched my site yesterday http://surferr.com and it received 500 uniques on it's first day I was quite content. But I know tomorrow I will aim for 1k uniques and so on. You need to plan your stratageys.

 

There is no limit for traffic, I want to have 20,000 UVs per day and it gives higher revenue to my sites.

 

Hmm this sounds strange. 500 uniques from the 1st day? Did you use Adwords or some paid advertising? I can't imagine how you did it else.

 

To declare yourself popular, you should be hitting 1m visitors a day.

 

10,000 plus.. how many of those convert would be better obviously more is good in the case of conversion.

 

Never be satisifed because what you do today will earn less next year so you'll need to keep growing.
