how much traffic from article marketing?

I was wondering if some people who have done article marketing would be willing to share how much traffic they got from it, and maybe how it changed with time.

If somebody could help me I have free rep to give you!
    Thanks,

Traffic derive from article marketing is a painstaking and slow process. However, submitting your content to highly visited article directories such as ezinearticles.com will eventually promote your site for a long time.

This means that even that one article you submitted to them has this tremendous potential to be read by its massive audience.

    Few reasons why.

    1. Becoming an author in Ezine boosts credibility in your industry and builds trust amongst your readers.
    2. Ezine helps you brand your products or expertise. It gives the benefit of your capability to offer what they need.
    3. The traffic generated from this site is truly enormous; no other site is capable of giving this at all. Get long-term benefits of qualified traffic towards your site. If your articles are picked by publishers, expect even more traffic from their own mailing lists and audience.
    4. EzineArticles.com is visited by hundreds of unique visitors each day and millions each month. Just think of the tremendous opportunities you can get from this.
    5. Enjoy qualified leads to your site. People who will click on your links are only those who are truly interested in what you do and what you offer.
    6. Become an expert in your industry and enjoy 7-10 times the effect of regular advertising. "Pre-sell" your prospects using article marketing.
    7. Becoming an author in EzineArticles.com will earn prestige for you as well.
    8. Reach a wider audience that you have not been able to reach before.
    9. Delight yourself with continual traffic for many years to come, all for free! Readers who find your content valuable may link directly to your content or to your website.

I haven't done much article marketing but for one of my music sites where I did the marketing I get 20-30 UV's a month with about 5 articles out there. Most of the UV's come from one of the articles that is in a medium traffic search term.

What kind of traffic response have you had? Has it been sustained or generated more traffic in the beginning?

Through articles marketing you gain some quality links too apart from the traffic that helps in seo campaigns.

I've had 7 articles published with Ezinearticles.com so far, although the latest hasn't attracted much attention as yet, but it was only approved yesterday. The previous article started out with a tremendous amount of viewings and has had 7,000 views to date and generated a lot of traffic to my site. It was in the number 1 spot so appeared in a prominent position on the Ezinearticles.com site. It was also published by others so in turn, it has created many backlinks. I always write articles related to the contents of my website.

But, the older the article becomes, viewings and clicks to your website are much less.

I wrote a 'Importance of Hydration' Article which can be viewed here:

This has had 300+ views within 3/4 weeks and has got me about 15 clicks through.

Now this isn't alot but imagine if you submitted 50 articles a month with this reponse, that would be:

    Month 1: 750
    Month 2: 1500
    Month 3: 2250

Nice steady growth, i'm not saying these are figures that are sustainable, i've got 9 articles pending approval now!

I love these questions some times, they are so unspecific and open ended its great :p

It totally depends on what area you are covering, the way you right your article, the keywords you target, the length of your article, your article profile and authority and the people who view your article.

    Will.

It completely depends on the niche, they keywords you use, the following you personally have, and the overall long term success of the article in search engines.

I posted a few articles on Associated Content. They were good in keyword phrases and so got decent search traffic. It brings me, consistently for the past several months, between 40-75 hits a day. That's just a few articles!

I should really spend some more time article marketing, I never tried sites like ezinearticles or others, but I think with doing that decently from AC I could stand a chance. The nice thing is AC pays me for pageviews too, I think that was my motivation to start writing there anyway!

    Good luck!

Ezine articles gives the best visitor ratio, submit your article to them and watch your uv's go up monthly. Submit at least 8 per month and you will be well on your way

I've primarily used article marketing for backlinks.. and it's such a slow..
painful process for me to write. :) ..that I seldom write articles anymore.
You need to write up alot of articles on your particular niche to really
bring in any quality traffic to your web site.
