How much traffic can you get from youtube?

Some people use youtube to promote their websites, I am just wondering How much traffic can you bring from youtube? for example say if my video has reached 100,000 views??

 

youtube is the third top referring source of traffic to my site.

Every 30 days youtube referrers around 4,256 uniques, which equals to around 4.07% of my total traffic. I also have 292 videos, around 2,900 subscribers and a total of 1.55 million views on my videos. My profile page on youtube has been viewed 62,186 times since April of 2007.

If you are willing to put some effort into it, youtube can be a source of good traffic. But its not going to be over night success. It takes a lot of work, time and effort.

To reach 100,000 views, you need to come up with original content. Posting copyrighted videos that belong to other people will only get your account deleted. There are everyday people on youtube getting hundreds of thousands of views every week or two. Some people run their business off youtube videos. The videos are used to promote new products and drive traffic to their sites.

 

If you do things right, you can get a lot of traffic from your YouTube video.

Keyword your title and always include your link in the description so any visitors can click the link straight from the video page.

 

Its really depend on your video
If its interesting enough,i will surely bring lots of visitor to your site

Youtube is a very good source of traffic. My travel blogs get a lot of Youtube traffic mainly through submitting short travel clips branded with my blog URL. Each video can be created & submitted very quickly, yet each one generates at least a few thousand hits to my site (and counting).

Youtube advertising is really a great idea.... the only thing I am not really doing this is, I can't think of any good video to make..

 

I got roughly 10k traffic from a viral video once.

The trick is to make it very outstanding. Funny, shocking. whatever it is. you gotta catch people's attention

With the right key words, tabs, description and a nice video. You could get tons of traffic.

 

And don't allow comments when you post a video. Some people put negative comments and this will slow down your future traffic.
