How much traffic are you getting from DP?

Hi everyone,

I though it would be interesting for everybody to share DP traffic statistics .. .

I'll start with mine: I usually get 5-7 visitors/day (for each website) from my sig links.

How much are you getting .. ?

 

Good question. I would be interested in hearing some of these numbers. Are you getting any signups or conversions from the traffic?

 

I'm getting about 10ish per day. However I doubt it's from my sig links. I find that I get good spikes in my traffic when I start well written and nice threads which reference my social bookmarking site SoLinkable (kinda like that).

Do people really click on sig links? I've never found myself that interested (for the most part).

 

Conversion is very low for me. I think most people are just curious. I have received 59 visitors to one of my links in my signature within the last month. So about 2 visitors per day. I believe my conversion rating for this traffic is somewhere around 1%. Not terribly bad, but not great by any means.

 

Wow, honesty is being posted. How refreshing.

 

I try to never post fluff. Honesty goes a long way. Most people will never compete directly with me either, so it's not that big of a deal to post the numbers. Besides, I don't have any tricks up my sleeve.

 

Currently, Im not having, cause I didnt put in my sign.
Maybe someday I change my mind...

 

I don't see why you wouldn't put in a signature (except that you don't have many posts and haven't got around to doing it).

I also want to note that on days I post more often, I get more traffic. So, it isn't old threads or post count that really matters too much, or maybe even at all. So, even new posters could expect similar results that are being posted here.

 

I do not know how much traffic I get from digital point, nor do I really care. I am here to learn and exchange ideas, not for the traffic.

 

Its not like I dont want to put in my signature.
I know it does get some traffic.
But, how you said, I dont have many posts yet, and Im waiting to get familiar with DP,
and see if it will become one of my daily sites, you know?

I don't have many post here and I'm not very active user, but I still get two or three visitors daily from DP.

 

I'm always worried about putting in my link when it's a thread regarding a less-than-reputable site. I'm always worried about being associated with them or having my link on the same page... Not sure if that makes sense or even matters, but that's one reason why I sometimes choose not to show my sig

That's the way I was... for a little while, then I realised that I could learn AND get free traffic from DP. Gotta love DP.

I don't post here to generate traffic for my sites.

 

Only few but I am not posting here just for the traffic that I could get. I am more interested on building some back links because it has help my site to get a pr.

 

100 hits per week from daily posting is not uncommon - assuming you are posting in a active topic.

 

9k hits a day, i also make $50/day from them.

 

I click a lot: Curiosity; "competitive research (esp. in B/S/T > Content; Services > Content Creation); web services, hosts, etc.

Too much info I'm sure, and it could be I am just weird.
