Well, it depends a lot on which scripting platform you want to get it coded? Eg: Joomla, drupal or wordpress.
Most likely, it should be done with wordpress and could cost you around $200-$250 for XHTML/CSS and wordpress Conversion coding.

The price is various. I think $30 to $50 is fair and market price .
Pls review my signature link of "psd 2 html" .

It all depends on who you hire, what you need the site to do (e.g. does it need a shopping system? Any other special features? Or is it purely information to be put on it?), how big the site would be (pages?), if it were static or dynamic.

PSD to XHTML shouldn't cost that much for a template (I myself do that coding starting at $50 and i'm pretty experienced in it). It's more turing it into a functional website that will cost you a lot more depending on what you want, for example i've coded sites for $150 but i've also done sites for $1500 because it required much more time/work and warrented asking for that amount of money.

It is strictly informational, except for the contact form page. It is about 7 pages total. No shopping system is needed. I guess the main reason I chose this design was due to the "sliding" abilities. There are hundreds of other working websites in a box at themeforest that have sliding feature for relatively cheap, but design wise doesn't match what I'm looking for.

I'm assuming that integrating a blog into the design might be more consuming so it isn't a necessity. Having the whole thing converted to wordpress theme is also a luxury I might be willing to pay for at the right price.
