Sedo aren't a registrar. You can order domains from their site but they send you to 1and1.

It doesn't cost you anything to list and sell your domain at Sedo. The easiest way is to park them at Sedo and they will be automatically listed for sale. Sedo take their cut when they sell your domain. And you don't need paypal for Sedo, they can do electronic transfer. So how do you sign up for Sedo? Go to sedo.com and find out.

Sedo is a domain parking / domain sales company. Namecheap is a good registrar to stay with.
