How much to sell a 3 month old website for that is making $1500 / month?

Nope at this age it wont fetch much, maybe 2-4 months (actual) profit after expenses, you need to be fetching a regular income from NATURAL traffic for 3 - to 6 months before the value increases. Traffic must be natural for full resell value.

it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it !!

 

Without looking at the site, I think it would also depend on how much your expenses are...
For example:

if the cost of maintaining it doesn't make the income seem worth it....

If you're spending 1200 on advertising and it's a tube site with the cost of maintenance, bandwidth, etc.. then 1500 doesn't sound like such a good deal...

on the otherhand, if it's maintenance and expenses are low, and the revenue is stable for the past 3 months, i would expect to get at least 7500 for it as a starting bid..

Wow $1000 ecpm or $1000 per 1000 visits .... or $1 per visitor.

Thats great! I don't care if you do or not. Its a script selling website, so it has nothing to do with advertising clicks, etc. Please read the entire thread before stating your opinion that really nobody asked for in the first place.

A site making 1500 a month should, in theory, be worth approx. 10 months revenue - thus, ~15k

Yeah, 3 to 4 grand is too low - that's 3 months revenue. You should at least ask for a price equal to 5-10 months revenue, to at least cover the whole year and the effort you have exerted.

EDIT: Wow, lots of noobies (I'm not saying ALL) are asking for the URL of your website. Just a suggestion, keep it to yourself Angela. I am sensing something, it's just like "Wow I earned $X,XXX in 1 month with Adsense" and lots of "What's your niche?" replies.
