Just for the record, He isn't leaving Lame comment such as Nice post, Great post and stuff.. His comments are atleast 20 - 30 words, Related to the article.

Well, most posters average for $.10-$.16/Post. So you are looking at paying him $20-$32 for this job. :]

It's not considered spamming if you leave a good comment.

you can ask me for build backlinks for cheap price... LOL... haha..
if you ask to make the comment in blog with PR it will give more higher price
if you just need many backlinks without see the PR it can be more cheap :)

do you need manual backlinks or automatic ?
    automatic backlinks is cheaper...

lol! comment spamming you say, eh?

well, spamming on 3rd party blog means you are showing total disrespect to the blog owners who are working so hard to maintain such a blog that is worthy of commenting. you can however leave useful comment that is relevant to the post which adds value to the blog. this way you get what you need and the blog owner also get benefited form on-topic discussion that adds more content to the site. you get more chance of being approved and keeping your comment.

spamming = "yes, i agree" or "thanks for the useful post", etc
no spamming = useful comment in the form of discussion based on the topic covered on the blogpost

thats not high at all but a standard rate for commenting, given that it is an useful comment with atleast 20 words or so

$.01 per comment?! That is way too low. The lowest I've gotten paid was $.05 for only 50 posts! 1 cent for 15-30 words+? He must've really needed some money! The highest was $.30/Approved Post.

I also hate when people get paid to say "Really, I'd wike 2 thank teh owner for making this article. It is very well-done and helpful. Thanks.". It is so annoying when I get that on my blog.

You should pay according to the quality of the Blog Comment and the quality of the site/page the comment is place on. Moreover, you should only pay for comments that are approved and accepted. .05-.25 cents is acceptable per good comment/good site/approved comment

So I pay him 0.10$ directly, without concerning the PR, Nofollow dofollow, and all that ? Hmm, Kinda makes sence cause its easy to calculate the total..

Sorry, I guess i used the wrong phrase then. He is leaving good comments for me, Rather than calling it spam.

Hmm, Makes sense.. So I m suppose to make a list of everyblog he comemnts, and then I check weather the comment got approved or not, and pay him accordingly.. So if he commented on 1000 Blogs for me, I go through all of them :$ ? No faster or Shorter way :) ?

Comment spamming isn't genuine linkbuilding, and if
then it isn't spam. About £20 i reckon.
