    No way you will get there at 500.00/month unless you have years to wait. Depending on who you deal with you can expect to pay 1200.00+ per month. Obviously the bigger your budget the more SEO work can be done per month.

    Anyone who tells you they can get in the top 10 in X amount of time is full of it. It's impossible to give an amount of time due to so many different factors that I won't go into here. So you pay by the month, monitor SERP's for your target keywords and if you are not happy with the progress you find someone else.

    That's my 2cents anyway.

    Very hard to rank for that keyword. Be prepared to have a high budget. Although its very possible to rank in the top 10 results for that keyword, a lot of work will need to be done

    The best way to do that would be to spend $10,000 per month hiring a professional team with a good leader that will have a massive campaign with viral marketing and intensive SEM.
