Hi guys I am considering to sell this site. It is PR3 site with 31013 backlinks ( as per checkpagerank.net). Stats for november in the order of Unique visitors, Number of visits, Pages, Hits are 5581, 8357, 19558, 198099 It has got backlinks from highly reputed sites (including front page link from Neowin) So how much can you offer me ?? PS: I've just been accepted to adsense and am not making a lot through it AT the moment.
The factors you mentioned don't matter a lot. PR does matter though. Besides, earning stats, SERPs do matter.
