How much to create a forum?

    I am talking about forums using latest scripts. I wonder how much people are paying to have one created from scratch and having the whole thing done for them. I would like to have a few ideas.There are a lot of forummers here that have forum of their own, some of whom will have had their forum done completely setup by someone else.

    Vbulletin is $85 a year or $160 for a "owned license". That is what this forum uses.
