How much to convert this phpBB skin to vbulletin?

    I have a forum here: http://www.jibber.net/forums/index.php

    I want to change the forum to vbulletin but I don't want to lose my skin.

    If I provided you with:

    - The test server
    - Fresh install of vbulletin with admin account
    - FTP access

    How much would you charge to change the default vbulletin skin to this and how long would it take?
