It's called urbandictionary.com I have a domain name registered for a special niche. This is in essence a cms so perhaps it could be done in joomla, although I am not so sure. This is how the site works. Words and definitions can be looked up either by browsing alphabetically, (a thru z,) or through a search facility. Each word can have more than 1 definition. Add a Word: Words can be added by public users who do not have to register but they must supply a valid email address. The "add word" section is very simple. Edit : People who want to become editors have to register first and then they will have facilities to chose to reject or publish the definitions as well as to rate the definitions. The tools and chat sections are not important at this stage so exclude it from this quote for now. A few of the pages are basic html so that is quite easy. Time is not so much of an issue. I am looking for a low quote but quality is important as well. I have several other projects lined up and therefore I am seeking to build a relationship with the successful bidder. Many Thanks,
