How much to charge to manage ppc campaign?

We have been doing seo and web design for many years. We have done a little bit of ppc for others and a lot for ourselves.

We have a client that wants us to manage decent size ppc program. They spend $10,000 to 20,000 per month.

Any ideas on what we should charge?
I've talked to people that charge a percentage and some that just charge a monthly fee.

Any thoughts or advise will be helpful.

    Thanks.

I did one with a similar budget and just charged hourly at $200/hr.

I suppose you could do a % as well.

    charge 5-10% of total campaign
Remember, do a good job or refund the money. If you're not ready for such a big campaign, then decline

I would recommend you advise them on doing more SEO. If done properly, they would save a lot of money in the long run.

You could set a fixed price to set up and start their campaigns and a monthly maintenance fee. For that amount, $2,000 to $3,000 is not unreasonable with a monthly of $500.

You can provide a 30 day MBG. If you can improve their conversions, you're money well spent.
