How much to charge for this banner advert?

    ok guys,

    I have a site that is a PR6 site, 4 years old and is a hobby site of mine..

    The site is for a very popular make of car, and is niche focused on all models and variants of this car (think mercedes, BMW, toyota etc)

    The site currently averages about 700 uniques per day, ranging between 500 lowest to 1400 highest.

    The site is now at the top of teh Serps for some VERY popular keywords for this niche and as such traffic and new signups are growing by approx 20% month on month (for past 3 months).

    As the site was only for my hobby (cars) I never planned to monetise it, but I am changing my mind on this and have been approached by an advertising agency wanting to place a banner advert on the homepage (and all sub forums) for a large UK car insurer.

    What is a fair price do you think for a standard size banner?
    forum wide?

    The banner link will be 'no follow' attributed

    I think you should charge atleast 30$ for a medium sized banner and more for a bigger banner....

    I think you should charge atleast 40 for a medium sized banner.

    By considering this much traffic and PR-6 than you must charge:

    1. Small(125pxx125px) - 350$/month
    2. Medium(180x150) - 500$/month
    2. Large Size(120px600px) - 800$/month
