Hi guys, I run a small web agency (4 people incl myself) and have been approached by a prospective client. They run a Groupon like website and I've been invited to present a proposal and costings for all their outsourced design work which includes: • Work with the company's Head of Web & Design Development on all web design and development tasks for all the company’s online and offline components • Design and manage the company’s EDM/newsletter templates on MailChimp • Design and update theme-based graphics for the company's website, Facebook (landing and logo), Twitter and/or other social media channels • Design advertisement banners for partner websites. • Editing, designing, producing videos or animated slides • Conceptualize, design and oversee the printing and production of publicity/ marketing colaterals and other printed materials for the company They are expecting a monthly retainer fee but I don't know where to begin as most of our projects are one offs with no recurring fees (except for hosting + domain renewal). Hope someone out there can lead me down the right thought process, or even give me insight to the questions i should be asking. Many thanks in advanced!
