How much to change some color and design on my Wordpress theme?

    Hey Clive, can you PM me a couple WP samples that you've done.

    I'm looking to...

    Change the buttons
    Change the little star icon
    Change the grey side part to some cool design
    Change color
    fix a couple of plugins (the post rating plugin that I'm using looks awful.. i want one that is more sleek)
    Change the borders so the blocks appear as they float

    And probably more stuff as well...
    The person for the job will need to be creative.
