Wow, thats a risky promise. With Google being so inconsistant you could easily lose that out of a freak update. You are better promising traffic for cash. Traffic is a little more controllable.

I agree. PR6 is not that hard to achieve in a year time for an experienced SEO/SEM. All it takes is some effort and management. It's pretty hard to guarantee since you are not the sole controller of the results, but it is highly likely to achieve. I think a moneyback guarantee (in writing) is a good offer!
Good first post rocketmedia! I dont deny that you could make a good profit taking $5K for the job but the risks that Google wouldn't give the site a PR6 even if it was due one would be too high for my liking. If you got 50 customers however then it wouldn't really matter if 1 or 2 went astray.
