How much $$ to ask for cloning the Daily Mail with Joomla ?

    A customer asked me if i can clone the Daily Mail with Joomla :

    he doesn't really want all the features like mobile phone integration and
    other bells and whistles but i needs the same layout, auto-thumbnails,
    javascript rollovers, comments for every article, and so worth.

    any idea ? 1000$ ? 3000$ ? 5000$ ? 10.000$ ?
