Hi I want to know that how much time ur company gives u when they send u an email regarding security issue, i mean when ur server /site get hacked or compromised by malicious or any other abuse attack. My company only 24 hours and if i dont respond with in 24 hours they suspend the site I want ur experience plz also mention ur company name, and their basic support, My company is very friendly and gives most of the support for free. Only im not satisfied with their abuse dept:. Thanks for ur reviews
24 hr is plenty of time - a good host takes a site down within hrs/instantly after becoming nitified if i get a security issue and send an abuse i give max 24 hrs after than .... site down! if you have a site no matter what then you have to be in full control 24/7/365 else you have exceeded your limits and potential to control your site teh global damage done by hackers goes in to Biloions $ / yr its no longer a joke or game for kiddies - its a simple and most serious crime. hence if a site owner is unwilling or unable to fully control his site and secure his site day and night all year long, then he is a liability to our global society and to the entire planet! and thus he should change his job to something MUCH smaller and much easier. most hosts involved in hacker activities act accordingly and take such sites down within hrs all others get instantly a formal procedure via IC3 (CIA/FBI) without further communication.
