    Well if it is for fun you i stay no more than 2h (for all of them ... fb, twitter, pinterest, g+, linkedIn.. ) but if it is because of business more than 5h per day ... :) Now some1 can say well you can make all to be auto-post .. yea you can but stuff that you need to auto-post need to be found :D that take me most of the time :D
