    I spend a very minimal amount of time on facebook. Half an hour to check and respond to messages, view status updates, post some stuff of my own and check my website's fanpage. It might be more if I end up chatting or messaging with a friend, but that's about it.

    Well over all you have spend lots of time till then when ever you do not get the traffic for your site.You have create a fan page there from which you can easily get the traffic for your own site.

    Social networking sites can waste much of your time. You can spend few minutes (minimum) within a day to give some update to your fan page members. After which you can focus on your site.

    I have to admit that I can't stay out of facebook for more than 1 hour. I spent about 6 hours per day on facebook on my PC, and the other time I access facebook on my mobile, while cooking, on bus, class breaking, etc :((
    Does anyone have any way to reduce the time spending on facebook? Share me plz...
