Hi I have new travel site with PR0. But before one month I started with link exchange with other travel related sites. Now my link is on travel home web pages with pr2(4 sites) pr3(3 sites) and 2 sites with pr4. And some links with pr0 and pr1 . Can anyone tell me how much time needed for google to increase PR ? On google web tools currently I have 130 links to my site.
I think that google updates PR randomly.. i have some sites with a lot of backlinks for 3-4 month and still PR 0. and my other website with same amount of links PR 2 in 3-4 weeks...
Google generally updates PR every 3-4 months but they may one day stop updating it altogether. That said I've seen a site go from brand new with 0 PR to PR5 in 1-2 months. This was due to heavy viral traffic with high time on site and probably a lot of very organic links from people blogging about it. The site being people of walmart dot com.
The frequency of update is not clear. What is more important is that you are building valuable related links and that with other structuring approaches will generate traffic. I have some PR0 that are Number 1 and other PR4 that are not hitting the top spot.
Google will update Your website PR within a day or a week but it will take from 1 to 3 months to see the result....
It actually depends on the the quality of back links. Google gives more importance on the QUALITY compared to those irrelevant sites that your are getting. Google gives more value on DoFollow sites as well.
I know that like bigger more popular sites are constantly being indexed whereas smaller sites are like once a month
Google used to update pr every three or four months, but nowadays it updates pr randomly.Put your emphasis on the contents and seo of your sites.
You should continue working on the link building. When Google updates the PR next time, hopefully you would get a nice PR
its depend on website popularity, Website visitor, Website Content, Website Dynamic or Statics and how many back links in google
Google is fast getting your pr down (like when you loose your webpage contetnt and start from zero again) but slow to get your pr up....
