hey guys i have createn new paypal account on 2-may-2012 & i successfully verify my bank account & i got verified status on log in screen but when i tried to add my debit card in it for online shopping a error comes up saying this card has been refuse..blah blah i created paypal account jst to buy a thing related to twilight movie its a gadget that i want's to buy badley bt as i said paypal won't leting me to add my debit card in it as i am a indian user & so many indian users hav this issue ? so i decided to pay for that product through invoice method So , I email to that ebay seller by telling him that i can't pay you by debit card or a credit card paypal is not accepting it so he agreed to accept payment directly through invoice service in paypal & now for this i need to add fund to paypal account from my indian bank account & when i tried to do this the thing i see that your PAN is pending verication once your pan verify you can f*ck the world blah blahh lolllll i don't know what to do i also email paypal bt there is no response from them whenever i email paypal they sending me a same email again & again ! can any bdy help me in this & its really helpfull for me if some one tell me in which category i should complaint about pan verification ? because i can't call them as i lives in india my call is not connecting to paypal i tried this number 1-4029383740 thousand times bt did'n connected at ones please help me !

thanx lets see if this gonna work because as i created my account on 2 may 2012 & today is 6 may 2012 so 5 days are already passed coz i enterd my pan number at the time of creating new paypal account !
First of all understand the process alright. Being an Indian PayPal customer you need to add a Bank account and a valid PAN that has to be verified before you can receive any sort of payment. In order to pay, you can simply add your credit or debit card, verify it and pay any one almost instantly. If your debit card is not accepted in the PayPal system, then it is your card issuers problem. Call your bank and bang them. There ain't any other way to load your money into your PayPal account. You just have to add a CC or Debit card to make this transaction. Forget about PAN verification, because you just need to pay and doesn't need to get paid.
they verified my pan bt i can't add fund from my india local bank account to paypal they saying you need to add debit card or cc wtf is this please help ! i don't have any cc bt i do i hav debit card bt they did'n accepting it !
They accept only Visa logo debit card, I think you are using maestro card debit card. please tell which debit card your using currently.
