How much time it takes to rank #1 , competition 5000

competition 5000? what does that mean? where are you getting that number?

 

Its not really tough to overcome this competition. By merely onpage such as keywords, unique content and tags. + off page factors like articles submission and blog posting will do it for you to be at top ten position.

 

5000 Seo Comp and Get #1. it depend your competitor, if the competitor does not have any backlinks, I think you need to create some unique and fresh contents then make inbound link and submit to some directories, so you get #1 without backlinks

 

are you mean that directories submitting is not kind of backlink?

I note the submitting to directories is not real backlinks. I place the directory like submission categories.

It shouldn't take much time, depending on your domain name & how many links are pointing to it.

But, you can get on the first page of Google as the first link in 1-5 days, according to how fast Google crawls your website & how well your pages are optimized.

 

We need more information, most of the responses in this thread so far have been misleading.

At first thought, if you only have 5,000 competitors then it should be relatively easy to rank well for the keyword - but without more information we can't be sure. Google the term, and see how many backlinks the top 5 websites have for the keyword - if they all have in excess of 1k for example (just an example, but you get the idea), then we have a long task ahead of ourselves to be able to overtake these sites.

Flip it to the other extreme, and the top 5 listings may only have a hundred or so backlinks each - this makes the task rather simple, and shouldn't take more than a month or two.

 

Why do people think that ranking is all about time and links? It's not.

 

I dont think anyone on here can accurately give you a time frame on how long it will take you to get to number 1. It takes alot of time, alot of effort, and alot of trying out different services and ways.

If it is 5000 exact search competition then should only take a day. If it is 5000 broad search competition then its probably not worth it but it should only take a few hours.

 

No Body can commit how much time it will take to get on the top, it's all depends on seo strategy..u must follow good and effective seo strategy including keyword analysis, competitive analysis.....

 

It depends on your niche but it shouldn`t take more then few weeks ( it might be longer if your website is new and has no authority )

 

Looks trivial. Use the keyword in the title and some headers. Add to that a few quality links and with one day of work you should be #1. (My recommendation: Don't stop there, or you'll be overtaken as easy as the current #1).

 

It shouldn't take that long. Check the pr of your competitors to get a better idea

 

Time is depend upon your quality of work. For a 5000 competition it takes long time to be in first rank. Analysis the first page. If you dont have any much weighted competitor on first place, it just take a small time to rank #1.

 

Have patience and start link building you will achieve your target.
