Can you tell me how much time google take to index a simple blog having 2 or 3 external links...... Someone told me that Wordpress blogs are indexed by google more rapidlly than google........... Is it true ? I don't think so..................So plz Help me to find correct answer. Regards
yes, word press blog is quick indexed by Google than other. If you have appropriate and relevant content, then it will have most indexed within 5-7 days
Common dude...why 5-7 days!!! you can even be indexed within minutes or hours bookmark your site with JUMPTAGS.COM - DIGG.COM ... and tweet a blog post and google will find you well if you have a lot of backlinks pointing to your blog, you'll be indexed very fast, otherwise just bookmark your stuff and everything will be fine PEACE
Putting a link to your blog in your DP signature space should also help you in getting noticed and indexed.... fairly quickly, preferably within a day! Regards, RightMan
It depends on the number of backlinks pointing to your website. The more links pointing to your site the faster indexing.
Yeah! google index blogs faster, maybe in few mins to few days. This is true that Wordpress blogs are indexed faster than blogspot. But also, Wordpress delete the blog faster if it finds any violation in terms and conditions in comparison to blogspot or any other blog host.
There is no any credit hour that google gives that they will index your blog. it also depends upon the blog platform you use. if you use wordpress you will get index faster than blogger, To get index faster.. submit sitemap and submit your website to different directories
IT Totally depends upon how and where you post your link to. If you post your link to google suggest url, it might take even months to get your website crawled. Or if you place your link of PR4 + site you can get indexed within a day or even in hours.
That all depends. Sometimes, 24 hours is enough for Google to index a simple blog, such as WordPress blog. Of course, in order to get your blog indexed quickly, you should build as many as high-quality backlinks for your blog.
I think if you have a unique content on the blog Google will index you quickly whether it is word press or any other thing...
It depends on how your blog is operating over the net, the number of links added to its pages as well as the rates of adding fresh contents to it. The blogs which are regularly updated and have backlinks, usually get indexed and listed pretty fast.
I do not think we can predict Googlebots activity for now. I have seen many free blog with zero link has been crawled almost instantly after the new content published, while some authority with sitelinks and a ton of quality backlinks had to waited for 2-3 days before get crawled for the new added content. In my opinion, Googlebots acting weird lately and more weird each day passed, day by day. I did not say link popularity and website update history has nothing to do with crawling rate, but a temporarily weird lately I think.
It really depends if it is in Google's best interests to index the site in the first place. You need to make sure you update your content frequently and increase the amount of incoming links to your website.
Most of you guys are crazy, LOL! It has nothing to do with backlinks (lol), how much you write or what you write. All my blogspot blogs get indexed in less than 5 min., my wordpress about 10 min. I don't write a single word, except for the Page-Titles on all my CMS (download files) blogs, 1000+ pages between 3 blogs.
I should say slimjim2010! Can you imagine, blog post indexing dependent on content and imbeded links. Not hardly. Grab a good platform, do some simple SEO, blog fairly often and eventually your posts will be indexed within minutes of posting them.
Of course your content is important... but backlinks are equally important to get noticed! How else would SE and people know about your existence? Blogs get fairly easily indexed... probably due to built-in pinging facility which informs SE's about the content updates, facilitating their visits automatically! Regards, RightMan
