    There are so many factors.

    1.How competitive are your chosen keyword terms?
    2. What type of marketing are you doing for these words?

    Nobody can ever guarantee a specific amount of time to win 1st page placement.....however you can give an educated guess based on the above factors.

    That is depend upon your Quality SEO strategies... Not depend upon the quantity SEO strategies... If you work very naturally, you will get top SERP as early as possible...
