I posted a 30 day - 500.00 formula yesterday but really did not address the issue of time. Time is a significant factor to consider in the equation and 30 days is not a long time at all, but how many hours are spent within the 30 days AND "HOW" is the time spent? I personally have spent 14 -16 hours on some days working on driving traffic. However, it is wise for a person to not only recognize the area that requires the most valuable use of time, but also the discipline to focus on the task and not drift off, wasting time on that which has little effect on the main goal. Smart time is MUCH better then just casual time....Planned and well though out time is critical.... Example: Do I spend 6 hours writing OR do I spend the 6 hours optimizing the pages with content that I paid for someone else to write? Which is going to get me more traffic faster? Which is smarter and which is harder? What are you spending the majority of your time on with regards to your Adsense goal?
if your spending 14-16 hours a day and making only 500 a month, you're doing something wrong that ends up at around 2$ an hr
Were doing much better then $500.00 a month... "I have spent" not, I do spend....there is a difference... An hour spent on driving traffic is not equivilent to an hour working for someone else at job. When you spend an hour working for someone else, the money stops when you stop. Not so with internet marketing. If I stop now and do nothing else, I will continue to earn from past hours spent. Far more the 2$ an hour..
The question of this post is really how long do you spend on working to drive traffic to your site. You have titled it wrong.
