I AM ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM. I HAVE MAILED PAYPAL SO MANY TIMES EVEN IN A DAY. BUT THEY ARE REPEATING THE SAME CRAP AND USELESS ANSWERS AND REPLIES. PLEASE TELL ME A WAY TO GET MY PAN VERIFIED
IT'S OK THANK YOU.JUST NOW I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THEM SAYING, As I reviewed your account I see that your PAN is in verification process and this process takes 5 to 7 business days to be completed. SO NOW I AM GOING TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 7 DAYS, AND I WILL KEEP UPDATED
With this new system there is no other way than wait for them to verify your PAN card and activate your account.
Hey you can contact their twitter support @AskPayPal to resolve this PAN issue quickly. As an Indian Paypal member ,I too had the same issues during Oct- Nov 2011 , there was a problem with my PAN profile & the profile in my paypal a/c , so I had to resolve it in the PAN department first & then contacted paypal support via twitter & solved it very quickly. I always prefer to contact them via twitter support . Hope this helps you resolve the PAN issue quickly
