How much time do you spend for your directory daily ?

    I have to mange many things in a day.

    I run SEO company so have to manage order lists etc of clients.

    I aslo manages my dad's business (part time)

    As now i have started directory so i spent 5 to 6 hours on it also

    :D busy schdule ;)

    I am feeling better today than I have in AGES!

    How my day started...

    I lost OVER 10,000 FTP's in cuteFTP(17 months of phpld). Yes, I have been in more than 10,000 phpLD's :)

    So anywho... rather than let that ruin the start of my day, I just laughed it off.
    I laughed even harder when my TWO BACKUP manager files amazingly became ZERObyte files for no apparent reason, thus allowing me to really know that all was lost for good. Ahhhhh a nice clean slate to build on :D

    But yes, my day is going well. I have managed to put aside two of three females of which have been very demanding on my time as of lately.

    There is a lot more to my day, but I wouldn't want to bore you :)

    what files did you lose? some directory files? from your HD or the server

    im at college all day, but still find around 4-8 hours to work on zorg links and post @ DP

    I'm sorry for such a general question but I haven't started following directory building talk and I'm just now thinking about setting up my first directory.

    What do you do a daily basis? Approving entries to your directory? E-mail other directory owners for reciprocal links? Add your directory to other directories? Posting about your directory on forums for promotion?

    If someone could just list a few of the daily chores it takes to maintain a well-run directory it would be much appreciated. I'm really just beginning to delve into this whole thing.

    I spend around 5-6 hours per day on my directory..
    But its not equal all the days.. Depends on Submissions ;)

    Not all but lots of them have a way of doing that don't they! --> Note this is meant to be said to Directory Owners / Internet Addicts. Therefor if you are a girl, please kindly flip the words around to some males which have been very demanding of my time. Until you know how much time it takes to do things AND waste tones on this forum you really don't understand whetere male or female, and if you do understand welc ome to this pseudo reality which I tend to call "home".
